What you get

Self-service control panel. Restart, reinstall, upgrade, clone and change data centers without opening a ticket. Configuration, traffic and expiry dates are shown for every server.
AI operations assistant. Describe a problem, such as a site that stopped loading, and the assistant inspects the server and proposes a fix. Every command that changes the server is shown to you first and runs only after you confirm.
Free data center changes. Move a Linode or Vultr server to another available data center of the same brand and keep its system, apps and settings. There is no migration fee; any plan price difference applies.

Not included: website building, day-to-day operations, maintenance of your own software, and off-site backups. Keep a restorable copy of important data.

How do I choose a location?

Start from where your users are. Each card on the locations page links to a speed test; test from your users’ network before you decide.

How is billing handled?

Services are prepaid. The exact amount for your location, operating system, quantity and term is shown at checkout before you pay. See pricing for billing details.

Can I get a refund?

Linode servers can be destroyed at any time and unused days are refunded to your balance. Terms for other products are in the Terms of Service.
